Fundamentals of Fundraising Management (FFM)

With the expansion of nonprofit organizations, the need for fundraising activities rises. In this 45-hour certificate, participants will be provided with the basic knowledge and required skills for building their careers in the fundraising field. During this project-based and interactive learning experience, participants will become familiar with fundraising fundamentals, its cycle, plan components, know the different types of donors, and draft professional proposals. They will also learn some planning skills like budgeting techniques, create a winning marketing communication message that attracts donors, and build successful relations with them. In addition to fundraising management skills like budgeting techniques and setting the Key performance indicators of their fundraising activities, participants will also be guided on developing their interpersonal skills and voice techniques to ensure their success in this career.

*One continuing education unit equals 10 contact hours.

Admission Requirements:

• Applicants must obtain the score for course ENGGB1A on the SEPT or pass ENGGA2D.
• Applicants must have basic computer literacy.

Admission Fee:

EGP 75: This to be paid onetime admission non-refundable fee

Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT) Fees:

EGP 245: This to be paid 6 working days before the beginning of the term.

One-day service Test (SEPT) Fees:

EGP 370: This to be paid 5 working days before the first day of the term.

Online English Placement Test (OEPT) Fees:

EGP 245: This to be paid 4 working days before the beginning of the term.

Exam fees are non-refundable and changes in admission test dates are only allowed 2 working days in advance of the reserved test session.
