Being able to draft and negotiate international telecoms contracts is both complicated and rewarding. The contracts need to be solid and undebateable whilst being understandable and effective. Their complexity and interdependance on other company contracts makes them particularly difficult to negotiate. This course will explore in depth Telecommunictions Law and Regulation to open this daughting field to a wider audience, ranging in complexity from business managers to practicing lawyers.
