We encourage children to open their boxes during snack time and eat independently as well which definitely fosters independence. After playing with toys children are encourages to tidy up scattered items and put it in their proper place. Teachers set up materials so the children can freely choose what they want to create, these activities not only encourage independence but also help children develop confidence and the most important is gives a child a sense of responsibly they carry beyond the classroom.

In Green Grass Nursery we work hand in hand with parent. The teachers share updates on classroom responsibilities and millstones. We use verbal communication and also share daily updates of children through the Parent Application. The teachers provide observations which include all the areas of development of children. We also provide monthly Newsletter updates which include tips for reinforcing skills at home as well. Teachers also discuss each child’s progress during parent teachers meeting too.
