MySchool Oman is proud to be one of the few schools in the Sultanate offering the full International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum for students aged 2 to 18. Located in the heart of Muscat, we are dedicated to delivering a world-class education that blends academic excellence with global-mindedness. Our mission is to empower students through outstanding teaching, strong values, and a nurturing environment that prepares them to thrive both locally and internationally.

Since MySchool’s foundation in 2012, we have had a clear vision aiming at going beyond the traditional teaching methods. Being an international school together with applying the most updated teaching techniques were our main objectives. Since the first day, we contacted The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) which is considered one of the ever-evolving educational organizations adopting the best curriculum framework in terms of application, thoughts and outcomes.

In MySchool, we care about our parents and students. We respect their ways of thinking and their attitudes. This has urged us to constantly provide the best for them. Thus, after implementing the Nelson Canadian Curriculum, we realized that it doesn’t meet our needs. Therefore, we were in search for another curriculum that would align with MySchool’s Vision and would enhance the 21st-century-critical thinking skills in our students’ minds till we could apply for IB organization. We chose the Oxford Discover Curriculum which derives most of its objectives and principles from the Primary Years Programme. And now, the owner and the principal of the school, decided that it’s time to implement the program in the school in cooperation with our dedicated teaching staff.

The IB continuum of programmes, available for students aged 3 to 19, emphasizes critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and lifelong learning. Through our delivery of the IB curriculum, Myschool prepares students to face real-world challenges with confidence, curiosity, and a global perspective.
