İzmir Özel Türk Koleji is one of the most established and respected educational institutions in the Aegean Region. In the last academic year, nearly 4000 students from ITK gained more than 1000 achievements in science, art and sports, thus becoming a hope for the future.

By preparing versatile educational programs in accordance with 21st century skills, our students from kindergarten through to university, are prepared for both life and academic success. We raise young people who create new and beneficial ideas, respect different opinions and cultures, ask important questions, use feedback effectively and not only consume technology, but manage and shape it.

In our opinion, success must be multi-faceted. To us, success is not only academic but success must also be judged against social criteria; to be a healthy, balanced, happy individual. We wish our students to be happy individuals throughout their lives.

To raise individuals who follow and evaluate global development with a nationalist, secular and democratic view, who can incorporate the new changes into their lives, and communicate on the international platform; To raise individuals who have the self-confidence and tools to be ready for both the positive and negative developments throughout their lives, and to take solid life steps using their time, skills and knowledge efficiently; To ensure that our students benefit themselves and their community not only with their professional achievements, but also their behaviour and social life skills.

The education philosophy of İzmir Özel Türk Koleji, as a result of our 73-year-experience, is that knowledge, skills and values are presented in compliance with the curriculum determined by Ministry of National Education but also equipped with the skills required in the 21st century and in accordance with ITK’s own values.
