Literature is a crucial constituent of any cultural development. It is considered an essential engine in reforming all other aspects of culture, such as arts, sciences, history, social development, values, language, etc. Thus, literature can profoundly affect the individual’s psycho-cognitive aspects in terms of reinforcing awareness, creativity and innovation. Moreover, it is language that can be found at the heart of cultural development, and it’s through language that I have been focusing on improving teaching methods, contents and evaluation strategies including types of authentic assessment. My own passion for the Arabic language and literature has been remarkably contagious within my students. I have adopted a novel approach to teaching that includes interactive methods, as well as a carefully planned framework of the delivered material. My proficiency in modern pedagogy and Arabic language and literature, as well as my tireless readings, research and trainings constitute my main assets that have the potential to make my career thrive. I have also performed regularly in front of audience literary texts of my creation that characterize my own style. These texts stem from my experience in this field as well my fondness for the Arabic language and literature.
