Ahmed Nasreldin

My name is Ahmed Mohamed Nasr Eldin and I am writing to apply for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture. I have an overall of thirteen years of experience in the field of architectural engineering and environmental design. I currently work as an Assistant Professor at the Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design Department at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Alexandria, Egypt. I was particularly interested in teaching design courses, execution, graduation project, arch. Criticism, building technology. In addition to my Academic experience, I also practiced Architecture as a Senior Architect at Omran Architects for six years, then I was a cofounder in Makan Architects for five years.

Afterward, I had my own Architectural practice as a founder and design director in AN Architects. I got my bachelor's degree in architectural engineering and environmental design in 2009. I then got my Master of Science Degree in architectural engineering and environmental design from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in 2012 and my Ph.D. in 2019. During the past few years, I have successfully participated in several local and international competitions of urban and architectural designs with a team, where we won the first prize in four of them, and the third prize in another three competitions. In three international competitions, our designer was featured as one of the finalists.
