Ajman, UAE: Ajman Academy is proud to announce its participation in the Kick Cancer Campaign taking place on Monday April 16th, 2018 on its premises.
Kick Cancer, a new campaign from Shanab, a men’s health initiative by Friends of Cancer Patients, had started with the the famous footballer Luis Suarez. The campaign is here to raise awareness for cancer within the male population, as research shows that every 1 in 3 males will get cancer in their lifetime. Cancer that’s diagnosed at an early stage, before it’s had the chance to spread is more likely to be treated successfully.
Ajman Academy, as one of the host schools, will have students attend and participate in an activity session, which will include a talk about the initiative, plus fun, physical activities.
Mr. Hayden Wallis, our Head of PE “encourages the dads, uncles, brothers, and granddads of all our Grade 6 – 10 boys to attend this important event during the advertised hours.”
