Al Shorooq Preschool follows the innovative Montessori approach, which has been proven internationally and now is applied in our preschool in both English and Arabic. At Al Shorooq Preschool, we always attempt to encourage leadership and originality at this early age because we believe that we are planting the seed that will continue to bloom and bear fruits for years till adulthood, guiding children through project-based hands-on lessons and thus create an independent, confident and self-reliant personalities.

The environment surrounding children in the preschool gives them the freedom to choose their preferred practical activity using tools and materials that are fun and specially designed to develop skills that suit their unique interests and abilities and it's individualized and self-paced without complying with peers which enhances confidence and ignites their curiosity while eliminating pressure or frustration resulted from peer comparison.

In Al Shorooq Preschool we don’t compare children to each other OR to some manufactured standard. Your child works at their own pace. Hence, we maintain the safety of the child’s feelings and natural curiosity. Giving special care to students with special needs and those who have physical disabilities and providing the appropriate teaching and training programs for this group.

Our mission is to give the children the freedom to explore their skills, capabilities, and sense of morals independently, in a safe, fun, bilingual environment, under the supervision of an experienced adult, following the Montessori Method. To be known as the preschool that graduates influential individuals.

We treat each child as a unique individual, and recognize that each one of them learn on their own, hence, we guide their learning according to their special styles and pace. Classes and lessons are prepared in a way that allows the child to discover his-self and be an independent learner. We believe in positive time-out method which allows the child to learn to calm his-self and emotions, and choose to behave in a better way.
