At Alasala, we encourage our students to engage in creative entrepreneurial projects and work towards generating job opportunities in the society by thinking critically, innovatively, and understanding their responsibilities. Before we decided on the name Alasala, we embarked on a detailed and in-depth study of several factors—the disciplines available to students and the number of students in each course of study in the Kingdom’s different cities. The idea was to improve our understanding of the level of turnout of each study program as well as the requirements of the Saudi and Arab nations’ regional labor market.
The study led to the establishment of Alasala, its four colleges—Law, Business, Architecture and Interior Design, and Engineering—and its other skill focus areas such as language, leadership, professional efficiency, and critical thinking skills that help provide the best experience for our students and widen their horizon and capabilities.

The university's location in Dammam is in the middle between Dammam, Qatif, and Safwa. The location is considered awesome and the road to it is smooth. It includes colleges of engineering, law, administration, and others. Its buildings are very distinctive and it has efficient management, and its prices are considered the cheapest among private universities in the Eastern Province.
