American School of Ahmadi

Welcome you to the American School of Ahmadi (ASA), a school deeply committed to providing excellence in education. We aim to challenge and inspire every student to become a passionate learner, empowered with confidence, a high standard of English and a well-rounded character. The American School of Ahmadi was founded in September 2018 to provide an international education (based upon the American Common Core standards) to the children in the south of Kuwait.

We are a small private, independent school with a maximum school student population of 400 students from PreK through to Elementary grades. Having a comfortable sized population facilitates a caring environment where students are known and supported by staff at a personal level.

Our dedicated professionals ensure that school's learning and activities programs run effectively to meet the needs, and develop the talents, of our student community. Teachers, support staff, and school leaders ensure quality delivery of our American international education and Arabic medium programs within the school.

In our founding international team we have nine nationalities, with the overseas native English Homeroom Teachers joining us from the West with strong background in teaching, exemplary qualifications and experience in the American curriculum.
