The firm has offices in Madrid and Barcelona, and was founded in June 1990 by Luis Conde, Gerardo Seeliger and Sixte Cambra. To-date, the firm is composed of twelve Partners and three Associates, each one specialized in one economic sector, covering all market requirements.
