I am Ph.D. in Physics from University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan, with a deep commitment to academic excellence, student development, and collaborative leadership, I am eager to contribute my knowledge, passion, and innovative teaching strategies to your esteemed institute.

I successfully implemented an innovative STEM curriculum that increased student engagement resulting in a significant rise in national exam scores. I believe in creating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and mutual respect. By cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders including parents, educators, and the wider community, I have been able to implement initiatives that not only enhance academic outcomes but also promote the holistic development of every student. My approach to teaching is centered on fostering a deep understanding of core physical principles while also encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. I am particularly interested in integrating technology and active learning methods into the classroom to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
