Balance Yoga & Fitness Studio opened in January 2017 with the mission of supporting and raising the awareness of emotional, mental and physical health amongst the women in Al Ain. The studio was created to serve as a safe space built in accordance with the cultural values of the UAE.

The founder, Latifa Al Neyadi, started practicing yoga in 2014 and in a couple of years, she perceived that women in Al Ain were facing hardships to locate a yoga studio where they could focus on their health and fitness.

Yoga is for all. It is not only a physical activity but it's a lifestyle that transcends meditation and healthy eating habits. Lower your stress level and give your confidence a boost with our Yoga classes for ladies, with special offers for beginners. We also offer Kids Yoga and Prenatal Yoga so that your little ones inculcate this healthy lifestyle from their beginning stages throughout their lifetime.

Pilates is the globally-accepted core-strengthening exercises which will improve your blood circulation, enhance focus and concentration, helps in posture correction, reduces back pain, and many others . Our Pilates classes will also help you improve your muscle tone and mental health while increasing your body’s flexibility as well as balancing muscular strength and control.

Whether you are looking for an extra-curricular activity for you or your child, our ballet classes provide you with many benefits for mind and body together. Ballet exercises focus on the disciplined movement of all body parts. These exercises also help to obtain a graceful body posture, and develop mental capacity. Our ballet classes at Balance Yoga and Fitness Studio are sure to give your kids that confidence boost and make them love themselves!

We, at Balance Yoga and Fitness Studio, take care of your emotional and mental health by bringing in therapeutic sound to relax your physical as well as psychological health. Our sound healing sessions use aspects of music and instruments like “Tibetan singing bowls” to reduce stress and improve your emotional well-being. The therapy helps restore balance to the body and improves social and cognitive health.
