Barbelle Ladies Club is a functional ladies space created solely for women. A space inclusive of multiple sports such as Crossfit, Boxing and Bootcamp. Functional training specializes in improving health and performance using methods and movements that help prepare you better for everyday life.
Functioning on group classes as well as one-on-one personal training. Barbelle's main aim is to help women strive to achieve their fitness goals whether it was weight-loss, toning, building muscle or competing. Our programs are tailored to suit each unique need. Our space is built on the idea of having an environment where women can thrive and be their best selves through fitness and community.
