I just wanted to thank you for helping my son to have a very positive start at Barnet and Southgate College. He enrolled to study art and design. When he came home he was very happy and excited about his whole experience. He told me that both the administrative staff and the course teachers were very friendly, helpful and kind. He also couldn't stop talking about the facilities for his course and how good they were. I think that these first impressions definitely impact on young people's attitude towards learning. Once again, thank you.

I haven't started this college yet and hoping I'll start in September. However, due to my visit to the college, I think it looks great, very helpful and respectful staff. They have kind and friendly students.

I was at Southgate college today. I was very disappointed to hear the receptionist telling me in an unprofessional rude manner that the English course starting in April is full. Luckly on leaving another member of the staff arrived, in a very gentle, polite manner just like I would expect an English person she gave me a test: thank you for your kindness and help.

Barnet and Southgate College (Wood Street) is one of the best and the first college I have been into. The teachers are exceptionally helpful, kind, caring, and above all supportive. The staff members are very funny and friendly, specially in the cafeteria.
If you had a rough time in high school, the college helps you through it. They give you support to move on forward and forget all the awful things in the past.
Overall, I highly recommend this college because it simply is formidable.

The college provides full support if the student is determined to study. There are lots of tutors in the library willing to help. You can make an appointment with a tutor to get help for any subject that you are struggling with. There is a varity of food in the cafe and computer rooms available most of the time. Your course leader will help you apply for universities and they try their best to make sure you get into a uni. This college is a great place to study at!
