I have experience in teaching MBA, BBA and psychology subjects for last 16 to 18 years. i would like to teach and do HR consulting as well.

Interested in corporate roles related to CSR, performance management, marketting.

Its importanyt for me to do research in my area to ensure gfrowth of organisation.

In the year 2017 I received emerald best paper literati award. As a faculty my teaching philosophy is to create rapport with students and then imbibe a learning culture in them.
