Job Summary
The Business System Analysts primary role is to implement proper information security controls to safeguard the organization’s information assets in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, and execute the Data Protection and Data Leakage Programs.
We are seeking a Business System Analyst – IT Security to join the Project Systems Support Division of Project Management Office Department.
The Project System Support Division is responsible for providing Saudi Aramco’s project management with technology to automate, standardize and optimize PM Capital Project’s systems and processes. The division is also responsible to oversee cybersecurity implementation in the department.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
- Organize and Coordinate the Data Protection and Data Leakage programs as per company guidelines and procedures.
- Manage IT assets, generate inventory of information assets for the organization.
- Conduct Risk Assessment & Risk Treatment.
- Maintain access control to information/computing assets and resources.
- Develop and deliver Data Protection Awareness.
- Report Information Security observations, coordinate business continuity requirements, data backup and retention.
- Enforce the guidelines for physical security in the organization, third party security and Software Management.
- Conduct Data Protection reviews, Compliance Management, Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Minimum Requirements
- As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science,
- Management Information Systems or Information Technology from a recognized and approved program.
- You will have five years’ experience in computer systems analysis, including at least 2 in information security.
- Completion of Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer, or an equivalent is preferred.
- You must have excellent command of oral and written English.
Saudi Aramco traces its beginnings to 1933 when a Concession Agreement was signed between Saudi Arabia and the Standard Oil Company of California (SOCAL). A subsidiary company, the California Arabian Standard Oil Company (CASOC), was created to manage the agreement.
