Cantonian High School

Cantonian High School is an English-medium mixed 11-18 comprehensive school with a sixth form. There are currently over 800 pupils on roll; however, numbers are growing and it is the school’s intention to continue this growth over the coming years. Our school offers excellent standards of care for all, as well as high standards of academic, vocational and sporting attainment.

Pupils’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we aim to do. We are an inclusive school and every member of our school community is valued. We expect the best from each one, and that leads us to achieve overall success in a variety of areas. Whether pupils are more able and talented, gifted at sports or the arts, or have additional needs, we commit to ensuring the best possible learning journey for each individual, building their capacity to become skilled, life-long learners who are socially aware, healthy and active citizens.

Cantonian High School is on an exciting journey of improvement; the school is growing rapidly under the direction of the new Headteacher and aims to become the most improved school in Cardiff.
