With over 35 years experience in education, Mr. Christos Saveriades founded Casa College in 1997 as an expected continuation of KASA High School, always with the promise of offering local students higher education at an affordable cost. Mr. Saveriades’ motto was that “education is everyone’s privilege”. Soon, this vision spread beyond the Cypriot borders with a huge influx of foreign students from many corners of the world.  Today, Casa College is one the biggest privately-owned colleges in Cyprus with a multicultural student body and highly qualified faculty and administrative staff further solidifying its place as an experienced and quality institution.

In 2010, Casa College was the first to set up franchise agreements with three of Bulgaria’s most acclaimed universities:  Medical University-Sofia, Medical University-Varna, and Varna Free University. This has allowed our institution to expand its disciplines, offering an array of courses from Medicine to Crime-related studies, thus remaining relevant to today’s ever demanding and globalising market.

Today, Casa College offers one accredited bachelor degree in Hotel Administration and two accredited 1-year certificates in Adult Nursing and Cruise Ship Hospitality Operations respectively, with many more in progress.

In addition, Casa College has become an IELTS examination centre since 2017, approved by the British Council in Cyprus. Casa College also participates in the Erasmus Programme (European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students). It is a European Union student exchange programme. Erasmus+ is the new programme combining all the current schemes for education of the European Union, training, youth and sport. Our College has been awarded the Erasmus Charter in 2018 and our mobility starts on June 1st 2019.

Casa College has in place a set of processes to ensure quality will be experienced consistently across all aspects of the College (Quality Assurance) and support the students in a cycle of continuous improvement and rising standards (Quality Improvement). All academic units and other College services are subject to evaluation. The evaluation of the operation of the College as a whole is based on the evaluation of individual assessments. Considering the results of the evaluation, the College is required to take the necessary measures for the assurance and improvement of the quality of the project. The aim is to achieve quality improvements that are learner–focused and have a positive impact on the learner experience. These include:
