In 2021 USQ will offer a number of Chancellor's Excellence Scholarships.

These scholarships are intended to reward and support the most outstanding applicants commencing full-time on-campus study at USQ in 2021.

All Bachelor programs are eligible.

Recipients will also have the opportunity to participate in a leadership and development program as well as the USQ Student Ambassador Program.

Value
Each scholarship will have a maximum value of:

$24 000 (32 study unit degree), or
$18 000 (24 study unit degree)

Plus an optional Study Abroad package with a maximum value of $5000.

The scholarship will be paid as a stipend per unit/per semester.

Selection criteria
To be considered, prospective students must:

Submit their QTAC applications and preferences by the required dates, and
Place their chosen USQ course as their first preference via QTAC; then
- All students with the required ATAR will be automatically considered for the scholarship.

USQ reserves the right to alter the conditions of the scholarship/bursary based upon exceptional circumstances. USQ reserves the right to not award the scholarship/bursary in a given year.

Eligibility

To be considered, prospective students must:

Be an Australian Citizen or have permanent resident status
Have completed Year 12 in 2020
Have results at or above an ATAR 97
Be commencing full-time study at USQ in any bachelor's degree in Semester 1 2021
Be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in each of Semester 1 and Semester 2 of each year of study
Be enrolled in on-campus mode at any USQ campus.
