At Chase Side, we want to ensure all children are given every opportunity to thrive throughout their time with us. We see everyone as a learner for life and we hope none of us will ever lose the enthusiasm and excitement that learning provides. This is clearly encompassed in our vision for the school and its community. Chaseside’s Vision:
Succeed and discover your dreams!. Linked to this, are our clear and agreed values and ethos. Everyone who is part of or who visits our learning community is asked to adhere to our values and ethos.
Our ethos encompasses being welcoming, inclusive, friendly and caring and ensuring that team work underpins everything we do. The shared values of our school include being respectful, demonstrating integrity, perseverance and adaptability at all times. Everyone has the right to expect and benefit from this ethos and these values demonstrated in all aspects of school life.
At Chase Side Primary School, we are committed to providing a broad, balanced and challenging curriculum, which embraces the full range of a child’s development; social, physical, creative, cultural and emotional.
We are committed to preparing children for the next stage of their life experience and we believe that it’s a shared responsibility between the child, parents, carers and staff. We welcome and encourage parental and community links in all aspects of the curriculum.
In all areas of the school curriculum we aim to develop and respond to children’s curiosity, broaden their horizons, providing them with the skills and knowledge appropriate to their development stage, so they can move towards becoming independent learners.
At Chase Side purposeful learning experiences are carefully planned within, as well as beyond, the framework of the foundation curriculum and the National Curriculum. Learning experiences and the curriculum is continually developed in order to meet the needs of our children. We mould our curriculum using a range of DFE tools, Chris Quigley’s Essentials Curriculum and Enabling Enterprise.

Thank you once again for doing your part to keep Edarabia the most trusted education source.
My son is in Year 1 and can't wait to get to school each morning. His days at Chase Side Primary are varied and fun. He has blossomed academically and emotionally since he started school. His teacher really seems to know him and he is treated as an individual. The teaching staff are great and very committed.
We love Chase Side Primary!

Chase Side Primary School is AMAZING and the best school ever because the teachers are really nice! The children of Chase Side Primary School are very nice as well. The teachers are really really amazing, and Mr Hills is the funniest and craziest and the best, and all the teachers are helpful. Even when Miss Cade falls over she is still helpful. Mr Millard is a cheeky chappie.
