How to apply
Step 1. Apply for Student Finance through Student Finance England (SFE).

Step 2. Provide your household income to Student Finance England, please visit this website for further information.

Step 3. Both you and your sponsors/parents/partner/guardians must give consent to share your household income with City, University of London. Key Information
Students do not need to apply directly to the City Education Grant. City, University of London will automatically assess you for a bursary provided you have consented to share your data with us as part of your regional funding authority (e.g. Student Finance England) application.

Provided that you do not opt-out of sharing your household income data when you complete your student finance application form, you will be automatically assessed for the bursary. If your household income assessment changes, your entitlement to the bursary may also change.
