The Cyprus Institute of Marketing (CIM) is Cyprus's top business school and one of the top business schools in Europe. It has been operating in Nicosia since 1978 and in Limassol since 1984. The Institute is registered and licensed with the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture to offer its own Diplomas, Bachelor, and Master programmes. Our MBA was voted 16th in Europe and we are the most well-connected school in Cyprus, with full membership in over a dozen international associations. Moreover, we enjoy triple institutional approval: by the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the UK; the University of West London; and London Southbank University.

The CIM operates two campuses: A campus in the Capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, which was established in 1978 and a campus in the second largest city of Cyprus, Limassol, which commenced its operations in 1984. In 1988, the Nicosia Campus moved to its new privately-owned purpose-built premises located on Zannettos Street, opposite the British Ambassador’s residence, in the pleasant surroundings of the tranquil Ayios Andreas area. It is only a 5 minute walk from here to the British Council, the Municipal Theatre, the Nicosia Public Library and Gardens, the Municipal swimming pools and just a 10 minute walk to the city centre with its bustling modern shopping centres as well as traditional shops, bars and taverns.

In November 2013, the Institute in Limassol moved to its new, state-of-the-art premises, located in the centre of Limassol, near the Tsirion football stadium and only a minute away from the main highway, providing easy access to public and private transportation travel to any part of the island.

The premises in both Nicosia and Limassol contain a full range of modern amenities and are equipped with the latest technology and teaching tools.

The premises are designed to support high-quality teaching. Classrooms are fitted with audio-visual equipment (projector and surround system), comfortable chairs, and spacious desks. The computer lab is equipped with the latest PCs open for student’s use and there is also free internet throughout the facilities. Additionally, there is a lecture theatre accommodating 100 students with comfortable chairs and desks and a library and a cafeteria.

The libraries in Nicosia and Limassol are stocked with the latest editions of all relevant books. Lending and reference facilities are available. All books are listed on computer databases for easy access to students.

The Cyprus Institute of Marketing has been registered and licensed by the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture, to offer its own Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, Bachelors and Master programmes, since 1991, when the Tertiary Education Law came into effect.

Today, CIM qualifications are considered of the highest calibre and CIM alumni excel in many diverse fields.

CIM is the only Institution in Cyprus to enjoy a triple Institutional Accreditation by UK bodies: The Chartered Institute of Marketing, The University of West London and London South Bank University.

In the recent years, CIM has enjoyed the recognition and accreditation as a leading european business school, and as such the CIM MBA has been ranked consistently in the Top 25 Rising Stars by the acclaimed www.findyourMBA.com (2010 & 2012).

As a result of the status CIM enjoys today, it has been accepted for membership by the leading European Bodies such as the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABC), European Distance Education Network (EDEN), European Association for International Education (EAIE), Network of International Business Schools (NIBS), Businet and many others.

It has to be noted also that CIM is listed by UNESCO in the World Book of Recognised Universities.

CIM has been named by the prestigious European Business Awards as 'National Champion 2015/2016'. This is a huge achievement bearing in mind that it is the first academic Institution in Cyprus to receive such an award.

Amongst all of these achievements, the recognition that CIM regards as their most prestigious is that which comes from the industry itself. CIM is considered as the leading business school in Cyprus and the region, thus making its graduates readily sought after.
