Delta English School – a CBSE K-10 institution – has been channeling educational innovations over the past 25 years. While the ‘Home of the Titans’ (as the school is fondly termed by its Titans and parents) is recognized for academic excellence, Delta English School (DES) made headlines with a recent string of wins at four major UAE-based extracurricular events. According to Anita D’cruz, Principal and Co-Founder of Delta English School, “I am elated in seeing our students celebrate their prowess in creative and performing arts; I commend all Titans and their parents for ardently embracing such initiatives to explore the cognitive realm beyond scholarly work.”
The SSP (Student Success Program) team of Delta English School was instrumental behind the recent victories, specifically contributions from Athisha Sugesh, School Counselor and Lead SSP Coordinator, and Ruby Raymond, High School English Teacher and SSP Coordinator. In a recent post-event interview, Sugesh expressed appreciation but strongly feels that all DES students possess the potential to win across the spectrum, whether it be arts, STEM, literary or athletic activities. “Unequivocally, these achievements demonstrate the rigor and robustness of Delta English School’s educational engine perfected over two decades. Nevertheless, we must still cross the whole nine yards to create ample specialized opportunities within each K-12 learning domain. It is my hope that the recent accolades will be an impetus to get our Titans amped up for higher challenges in 2018… Only time will tell,” Sugesh commented.
DES Middle School and High School Titans achieved recognition in the following events:

The SYF provides opportunities for students from different UAE Indian schools to competitively showcase their cultural appreciation and performing arts talents in front of a professional judging panel.
