Integrated Facilities Management: The bringing together of all services under one umbrella, managed by technically qualified professionals, with expertise in sectors they have been serving for a number of years. Our people manage our in-house services as well as outsourced Specialised Services within a solid performance management system that ensures peace of mind and ultimate quality standards. High quality, SFG20 standard driven HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance by technically qualified professionals with experience across the sectors and business environments.

We offer professional security services that cover guarding of facilities, car park management, life guarding, patrolling, CCTV monitoring, traffic management and incident handling. Our team is continuously trained and we encourage them to lead a healthy and active life that ensures they are always in top form to perform their role. As part of our extended service offering we deploy receptionists, concierge personnel, office boys and office assistants/administrators to work directly with or assist our customers operations. Our cultural etiquette and customer facing skills training enable a higher level of commitment, professionalism and overall performance.

Our purpose built 60sqkm nursery caters to all landscaping needs from palm trees to shrubs and seasonal plants. Our team of expert horticulturists, irrigation and maintenance engineers manage our landscaping service offering from the selection and planting of the florae to its’ overall maintenance. Our BICS qualified team has experience across the sectors, delivering cleaning services for environments whose demands range between 7* luxury interiors, high footfall events and heavy intensity labour camp facilities. Our people are trained to deal with any customer requirement.

Esco & Energy Audits: Our qualified team of energy engineers takes care of the energy management needs of the buildings we maintain. Working closely with our customers we design the energy strategy that fits their business requirements, conduct energy audits, design solutions for retrofits and operational routines and implement them. Under the ESCO model we commit to a scientifically calculated range of energy saving for our customers. We design and implement Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) and are ready to invest in that commitment for years to come. Contractual arrangements vary between “guaranteed energy savings” and “shared energy savings” contracts.

We offer fitout services as an integral part of our facilities maintenance contract in the form of civil repair work or space refurbishment. We also offer the service standalone as a fully fledged contracting solution to your refurbishment or new-build requirements. Looking after our customers assets starts long before they are occupied and as early as their design brief is formulated. Our facilities management consultancy services offer comprehensive support across the stages of the lifecycle of a property.
