Echo is a not-for-profit employment service provider operating across 13 sites in Melbourne’s South East, East and Inner metro areas.

Since 1991, we have supported people with disability and disadvantages to access meaningful employment pathways.

Our vision is simple: a more inclusive and diverse community.

Governed by the philosophy that everyone has the right to work, we advocate for all people to be included as valued and respected members of the community who can contribute unique skills, strengths and experience.

We are passionate, we care and we are driven. Our team of skilled consultants and industry relationship officers work closely with local employers, job seekers and other support services to achieve long-term, sustainable employment outcomes.

We will empower people in situations of helplessness who are marginalised or devalued to access options and pathways reflective of their skills, abilities and choice.

We are committed to the attainment of an inclusive and diverse society responsive to the social and economic needs of the wider community. Fundamental to this response is a commitment to respect, dignity and freedom of expression and the ability to collaborate with external generic services to promote greater participation.
