The European Institute of Medical Studies (EIMS) is a Higher Educational Institution licensed and accredited by MFHEA in the 2018 to deliver programmes from MQF level 5 up to MQF level 7 (license: 2018-004) in medical/dental education in response to a felt need by medical professionals internationally.

All branches of the medical profession require Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to remain abreast of innovations and improvements in their field.
Medical practitioners need to be able to combine ongoing professional practice with intensive training enhanced by operational research that is embedded in their practice and is a critical tool for reflective practice.

They could be able to accumulate such modularised CPD to retain their medical registration, and to gain recognised qualifications that are of value within the profession and internationally

The Institution’s philosophy is to provide academic and professional skills through a networking experience where the student is the protagonist of the learning process.

Following this philosophy, the Institution has a cyclical evaluative approach, whereby areas for improvements at institutional and programme levels are continuously identified and, where possible, worked upon/ improved.
