I use various strategies to make my students understand. I don't demotivate my students. I'm very concerned about completing the works. Focus on how students should learn help students know how to improve. Develop capacity for self and Peer assessment. I make them understand their goals and recognize all education achievements. I take students feedback. I give them short notes and test papers.
