Florida Preparatory Academy

At Florida Prep our main goal is to help your child reach his or her highest academic potential. To achieve this, we work with each student individually to create a comprehensive academic plan that fits their strengths and requirements. We also work to ensure each student has the maximum amount of options available. We offer Honors, Advanced Placement, and Dual Enrollment courses through both Florida Institute of Technology and Eastern Florida State College.

We also offer a full program of academic assistance to those students who need extra help, including daily after school teacher help sessions, evening study hall for all boarding students, and evening tutoring for those who need some additional support.

Florida Preparatory Academy Open Houses offer the families of prospective students a chance to experience the exciting environment of one of Florida's premier day & boarding schools.

Visitors are greeted by our school administrators in the historic Hall of Flags where they will have the opportunity to meet some of our department heads, including our Admissions Director, Dean of Students, and Principal. Afterward, you will be given a tour of our academy accompanied by our students. You will have a chance to see Florida Prep through a student's perspective as well as have any questions answered by our Admissions Team. At the end of the Open House, the Admissions Team will be available to conduct student interviews.
