As a College we know that the relationship and partnerships that are forged between home and the College are paramount to our success as parents and educators. We seek to maximise the teaching and learning opportunities for each child through creating and maintaining safe, happy environments where there is an atmosphere conducive to learning. For this reason we seek to encourage parents and staff to pursue effective ways of building and maintaining open lines of communication.

As a professional team of educators and administrators we are here to serve in an environment in which teachers have the opportunity to teach and students have the right to learn. Our core values are synonymous with those of the wonderful families who have chosen to send their children to Geelong Baptist. As a community our commitment to the holistic development of each child; Academically, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually is very important. Geelong Baptist College is a growing community in excess of 300 students across the Primary and Secondary campuses.

We encourage all to see our educational community as “Two Schools yet One College” – a College in which students can journey from Foundation right through to graduation at the completion of Year Twelve. The benefit of an extended and personal journey of this nature cannot be underestimated. We are acutely aware that decisions about your child’s education are difficult to make yet are amongst the most important decisions you will make as a parent.
