GGN Coffee Morning: The Gut–Brain Connection & the Vagus Nerve
Join us for an insightful Coffee Morning at Green Grass Nursery – Jumeirah Branch, where we explore the fascinating connection between a child’s gut health, brain development, emotional wellbeing, and the role of the vagus nerve. Adeline Hardman, an experienced pediatric and community healthcare nurse with extensive expertise in NICU care, child development, and family support, will lead this informative session .
Parents will gain practical knowledge about how nutrition, digestion, and the nervous system influence children’s behavior, learning, sleep, and overall wellbeing. The session will also provide evidence-based tips that can be applied at home to support healthy development and emotional regulation.
