Once you’ve purchased your course and access the learning portal, you’re ready to start the course. All the learning material is sent to your device, and can be found in the learning portal. Everything is done online, including exams, any assignments, and tutor support. You can access the learning portal 24 hours a day.

Global Edulink accepts payment via Credit Card, and Bank Transfer. For more information, feel free to speak to one of our course advisors who can find a method of payment to suit you.

You will have 365 days access to the course, but can move through the material as fast or slow as you wish. Many factors can dictate how long a course will take, from the speed at which you take in the information, to how much course material there is. If you have any questions about how long a course takes on average, speak to one of our course experts who can advise you accordingly.

Exams are included with some courses, and for other courses you will need to pay a small examination fee, or purchase an official exam elsewhere. Please check the relevant course page to see if the exam is included or not. For further support or if you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Tutor contact information is posted on course websites. Email the Tutor as often as it takes to work through issues, and take advantage of their office hours.

Just because you’re taking online courses does not mean you’re in it alone. Many courses incorporate discussion boards, wiki areas, and chat rooms to encourage student-to-student and student-to-instructor interaction.

Research shows that those pursuing online education may actually interact more with their classmates and instructor than they would in a face-to-face lecture. Communication is vital in the online learning experience.

We want everyone to have enough time with the tutor, so we limit the amount of learners. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you book early. We take bookings up until the first day of the course, as long as there is space.

You will receive free online learning material prior to the start of the course. We will also provide printed course materials on the first day of the course. You will be notified by email should you need to complete work before the course.

Live Online Classes are an extension of Global Edulink classroom training. They allow you to enjoy all the benefits of instructor led classroom training from the comfort of your home or office. A live Tutor will teach online in real time, and will be able to communicate with you via message, voice, video, whiteboard. You will also be able to communicate with other learners, and will participate in all classroom activities over a live connection on your computer.

The enrolment process for Global Edulink Live Online Classes is exactly the same as all of our other courses. To find which class you would like to attend simply visit our Live Online Class List. Live Online Classes will be designated as such in the location column. Simply check the corresponding box and follow the instructions to enrol on the class.

After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will outline the requirements that are necessary to attend the class, and will have instructions or links that allow you to test your system prior to class.

For an even richer experience, take Live Online Classes with a dual monitor setup or on two computers. This allows you to watch your instructor’s presentation on one monitor while practicing new techniques on the other.

After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email, with a link to the Attend Class Remotely page. Simply click the link enter your email address and password 15 minutes before class begins.

We strongly recommend that you try to attend online class as the classes are fun, engaging and more enjoyable than watching recordings. Also, you can ask questions in real time, which may not be asked by any other students, and will have a richer learning experience. However, if you can’t attend live online class, of course watching the recordings is the next best thing. Help desk should you have any queries about your course, and you can call us at any time.
