Hall Green Infant and Nursery School

Our school is a large four form entry school situated in Hall Green, a leafy suburb of Birmingham, Although we are a large school we work hard to create a small school feel by knowing our children and their families well and making them all feel special.

Not only do we as a school strive to ensure that outcomes for the children's academic success are very high, we also look to develop them as young people in order to support them to become responsible citizens and positive contributors to the local and global community. At Hall Green Infant and Nursery School the curriculum we offer our children leads them into a wonderful world of possibilities and exciting learning adventures. We use the children’s natural curiosity about the world to create a curriculum that is dynamic, skills driven and rooted in real life experiences.

Our curriculum is designed to help our children reach 'Our Aspirations' which are seven statements that mold our children’s character as they learn and grow. 'Our Learning Behaviors' are the attributes we instill in our children. These equip our children with a love of learning and a secure readiness for the next phases of their education. This love will ensure they become lifelong learners! We believe children learn best when they feel safe, inspired, confident, happy and motivated but the magic ingredient in our 'Learning Adventure' is making learning fun!
