Potential Staff Requirements

Is this something you’re looking for as an employer – for the positions you’re looking to fill-in?

  • Have a minimum of three years of childcare experience
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Hold in-date CPR certification as well as an in-date first aid qualification. If not, you must be willing to obtain these qualifications prior to starting the job
  • Provide professional references that can be verified
  • Be able to speak native level or close to native level English
  • Be someone who does not smoke
  • Have a record of trustworthiness reliability, professionalism and punctuality
  • Have received a clear tuberculosis test result as well as Tdap vaccines. If not, you must get these completed before beginning a position
  • Other specific vaccines
  • Commit to at least one-year placement for families looking for long-term staff
  • Be resourceful and a self-starter
  • Be able to travel domestically or internationally when required
  • Educated to college level with relevant qualifications
  • Special certifications when necessary, for example, lifeguard certificate etc.
