Job Summary

Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business units supported.
- Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives.
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives.
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
- Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.
Essential Skills
- Evidence of success in developing and implementing large-scale, multi-regional sales strategies.
- Evidence of success in large-scale sales/commercial negotiations with organisations.
- Evidence of success in building and maintaining a broad network (multi-regional) of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity.
- Track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.
- Evidence of success in leading and managing a large, internationally based sales team.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility
- Goal/target-oriented
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently
- Highly organised and able to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
- Evidence of successfully managing large-scale multi-regional financial plans.
Education & Experience
- University Degree is a must.
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in leading a multi-regional B2B sales in software or system integration industry.
