We are a  Zurich based consultancy specialized in the Healthcare and Life Science sector (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, OTC, chemical, and diagnostic segments). We provide all of the services you have just seen above.We’re a small team, driven by a common interest in the aforementioned industries. We enjoy learning from our clients and supporting them on their journey to provide life saving medicines and devices to the world.

We’re always on the lookout for new team members to support our current period of growth. We are searching for both entry level and experienced hires.Our intern program consists of a six month training with a possibility to move into a consultant role thereafter. In order to have our potential new teammates understand what this might be like, we have both a job description and a short description of a day in the life of an intern.

For experienced hires, we expect that they already have experience in either pharmaceutical/biotech or medical devices recruitment. Ideally, they will have Swiss experience and bring a strong client network with them.

Headcount AG is an international team of three headhunters, specialized in pharmaceutical, medical technology & biotechnology recruitment, as well as employment market intelligence, based in the heart of  Zurich.

We count several top ten pharmaceutical companies as clients, as well as many further smaller biotech and medical technology start-ups and established organizations.
