I visited Hope English School today, and although the reception area was quite busy with many parents there for the entrance test, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything was handled. The Admission Officer, Ms. Norein, remained calm and polite throughout. She welcomed each parent and made sure to answer everyone’s questions with patience. As this is our first time enrolling a child, we had many concerns, but she helped clear them in a reassuring way. I feel confident and comfortable about my daughter starting her new academic session at Hope English School.
