hours it can be divided into nap time or
nighttime sleep absolutely so today we

just to help parents to make the
children sleep easier there that’s it
setting of your child’s room is very
important to create an organized at
relaxed atmosphere yeah yes exactly and
will help the child to sleep easier yeah
without any disruptions technically so
the first thing that you need to look at
is the colors that you use in your
child’s room so I think the first thing
that drives retention is the color of
the walls so always make sure that you
have light colors neutral colors that
will help you tries to relax and sleep
easier and try to avoid any bold colors
that will distract them exactly the same
goes for lighting in your child’s room
have dim lights when you know that it’s
near naptime and make sure that you’ve
got good blockout curtains to make sure
that there’s no light coming inside
light from the outside and also to make
sure that their sleep is not disturbed
exactly the same with room temperature
it shouldn’t be either too hot or too
cold it should just be the perfect
temperature for them to have a good
night race exactly and also don’t forget
the storage it’s very important to have
an adequate storage for your child that
will keep the room organized and tidy
all the time which will also help your
child to sleep easier yes definitely and
they’re also coming music right that
will be great always make sure that you
have
the background soft calming music that
will help your child to relax and sleep
easier yes it is very important to have
a consistent routine of when your child
goes to sleep and when they wake up and
also to wind down on activities before
sleeping time it would also be very
beneficial for your child when they have
a specific routine that they follow on a
daily basis such as after dinnertime
taking a bath brush their teeth and read
bedtime stories you can also try to tuck
in your child when they are sleepy but
still awake so this will help to let
them fall asleep more on their own and
independently yeah they will learn
independence and they will know that
this would help them in the next morning
that they will be focused and they will
feel much better in the morning
yes keeping all these tips and tricks in
mind will definitely promote your child
sleeping habits and make it run more
smoothly during the night or nap time
as it’s very important for them to have
a specific structure and routine and to
keep by the same routine every single
day yeah for more educational videos
