High school students entering university for the first time who have completed the full IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma will receive an IB (International Baccalaureate) Scholarship according to the chart below:

Eligible students who have completed both the IB Diploma and a regular Canadian high school diploma will receive either an IB (International Baccalaureate) Scholarship (according to IB Diploma score) or a BoG Entrance Scholarship (according to high school average), whichever offers the higher amount.
High school students entering university for the first time who have excelled in individual IB (International Baccalaureate) courses will be recognized, in addition to any amounts awarded through the BoG Entrance Scholarship program, according to the chart below:

Students are not required to claim transfer credit in order to receive IB (International Baccalaureate) Scholarships. Consult the Admissions Office website for more information on IB courses and transfer credit.
Minimum Registration Requirement
Regardless of the value of an IB (International Baccalaureate) scholarship received, recipients must maintain registration in a minimum of 12 credit hours at Brandon University in each of the Fall and Winter terms of the year in which they hold the scholarship.

The McKee Archives at BU allow students to become historians in their own right, researching and writing history from the original documents.
