Islamic School of Canberra

The Islamic School of Canberra is situated on 15 acres in the suburb of Weston in Canberra's Inner South. It began in 2006 before moving to a larger facility to accommodate increasing enrolments. The motto for our school is 'In Knowledge Lies Strength' and this is embedded in all we do at our school. We are an Islamic school that proudly educates our students in the national curriculum within the context of sound Muslim values and beliefs. The strong faith dimension of the Islamic School of Canberra provides a deeper sense of meaning, purpose and strength for its students and staff as it promotes a respect and love for all.

The Islamic School of Canberra prides itself on strong academic rigor, a supportive pastoral care program and teachers who are innovative and motivating. Our students come from diverse cultural backgrounds and this enriches our learning environment. Our grounds are safe, stimulating and energising.
