JAC Recruitment Group was an international recruitment company from the outset; established in 1975 in the UK, JAC expanded into Asia ahead of any other international recruitment consultancy, with the inception of its Singapore office in 1987. JAC Recruitment Asia is now the headquarters of the APEJ and UK operations, with coverage spanning over 11 countries and 26 offices. We are recognised as the longest established international recruitment company group within the Asia region.

We are a regional team of over 1,200 recruitment consultants with specialist knowledge of our industries worldwide. Through consultation and precisely understanding the needs of both companies and individuals we are able to place professionals in outstanding companies - from multinationals to positions that require specialist language skills, in particular but not limited to Japanese. We believe that linking the right people to the right companies enables personal growth as well as company success. This then leads to the development of the global economy and further the development of society. Enabling this cycle is our Mission.

JAC Recruitment Asia has grown solely through organic expansion, not by acquiring other agencies, so you can expect the same level of service from all of our offices no matter which country or city they are located. We have strategically built a network of branches in key cities to better service our clients across the region by positioning ourselves close to the local talent pools. Having three local offices within each Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia and two in Vietnam in addition to our operations in Singapore, India, Korea, Hong Kong and China, our aim is to provide the local experience to those looking to recruit across the region.

Established in 2011, using JAC Recruitment's 30 years of experience operating in Asia, our JAC Hong Kong operation provides specialist recruitment services for the SAR regions. It is also the regional head office for JAC's Greater China business operations and thus collaborates closely with the JAC offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou providing high-calibre talent to our clients and supporting our candidates' new careers.
