JBCN International School believes that every child is unique and gifted with exceptional talents, strengths and skills. To nurture these talents and skills, we have developed our EduCreative process which has a 3-dimensional approach i.e. Achieving Academic Excellence, Enriching Creative Experiences and Learning Beyond the Classroom. We aim to provide learners with 360 degree learning, where the academic learning is complemented by infrastructure, a strong co –curricular program which includes sports, theatre and creative art, leadership opportunities in different fields and assessment that truly serves as feedback of learning rather than just testing.

The events and special days at JBCN enhance the skills that the learners are introduced to in their classrooms, music, dance, art rooms and the sports field. The celebrations give them a chance to explore and excel in different fields and activities. Some years we have a theatre carnival – which uses the available spaces to showcase theatre going beyond a conventional auditorium; Jamboree – which allows learners to explore a myriad of activities and many more. The cumulative effect of these experiences is the development of every learner’s Mind Body and Soul, resulting in the creation of a JBCN learner who contributes to society, develops a strong character and is a global citizen with Indian values. At JBCN, we believe that learning is continuous and lifelong – whether for board members, teachers or learners.

Our academic philosophy has been formed over years of experience and is based on learning for deeper understanding and holistic development of each child. Through our dynamic teaching methodologies which combine thematic and interdisciplinary approaches, every learner becomes an active participant in the learning process. Simply put, this approach introduces the learner to a “big conceptual idea” through an interdisciplinary theme that connects all learning into a ‘big picture’ that facilitates deeper understanding.

Learning is continuous and links different subjects. Our programme has been planned to develop higher order thinking skills that go beyond rote learning and acquisition of information. Our learners will develop an ability to analyse and synthesise, to evaluate and interpret information, so that they can meaningfully apply it to a variety of problem-solving situations in real life.

At JBCN, we also believe in holistic education – therefore we have introduced an EduCreative Programme – which ensures that learners are exposed to a programme that will develop their mind, body and soul. In today’s global environment it is important to give learners the opportunity to develop their personality and not just concentrate on one aspect. As a school for the future – we believe our children will be able to face our ever changing world.
