Jeonbuk National University (JBNU; 전북대학교; 全北大學校; Jeonbuk Daehakgyo) is located in the historical city of Jeonju, Republic of Korea. As the flagship national university for the Jeollabuk-do Province, it was founded in 1947 by the provincial fund within the framework of the Korean national university system, following the liberation of the country.
JBNU has grown to 17 colleges (including Faculty of Public Policy and Jimmy Carter School of International Studies) and 14 graduate schools (one general, nine specialized and four professional schools).
For approximately 32,000 students, and 2,400 full-time and part-time professors (as of October 2016), Jeonbuk National University provides with high-quality educational, research and support facilities, cooperating with various institutions worldwide.

The main gate of Hanok, the well-maintained campus, and Deokjin Lake Park embody the grandeur of the country, and Geonji Square is very pretty. It is a beautiful place where Sohyang performed. It is also the location where God Park Jun-hyung filmed Wassup Man.

A place that always feels different even if you come every week, with different scenery in each of the four seasons.It is a beautiful place with an open campus lawn where you can pitch a tent, a fountain, and a large playground.There are many good restaurants in front of the campus so you can choose from them.

It is a national university based in the Jeonbuk region. It is an impressive place with a main gate that matches the image of Jeonju and Hanok-style buildings seen here and there. The campus is so cute and pretty that it's nice to take a walk together with Deokjin Park right next door, and the students' impressions are all good.

It is a national university located in Jeonju. It is a 10-minute drive from Jeonju Station and about 5 minutes from the express bus terminal. There are many food stores nearby and it is adjacent to Deokjin Park. It is also close to the zoo. The campus has many trees and is suitable for walking.

It is the best university in Jeonbuk. The campus is really beautiful. You can feel the image of Jeonju even on campus. There are Hanok-style buildings everywhere. I think it would be nice to take a walk. Be sure to visit the Hanok Cafe

The Hanok-style university campus is truly beautiful. In the evening, streetlights shaped like Korean paper lights add to the charm.
