Joshua Allen

25-year-old Postgraduate with a passion for the development of young people, sports and coaching. With over six years’ experience in football coaching and behaviour management, my work has involved the training of young people through interaction and the medium of sport. My research into the social contexts of the education and coaching field and the power of Football within economically deprived areas along with my experiences in football, have helped inform my practice and delivery. I truly have a passion in changing young students lives for the better through education, this includes academically, socially and mentally, and feel this makes me perfect for the role.
