Kasem Bundit University

Kasem Bundit University was founded in 1987.All programs offered at Kasem Bundit University are approved by Office of The Higher Education Commission in Thailand. Degrees conferred include bachelor degrees, master degree, and doctoral degree, both Thai programs (instructed in Thai) and International Program (instruct in English).

The University vigorously strives to bestow and illuminate the intellectual lives of prospective students on a path towards a promising future. Additionally, the University steadfastly performs the tasks of serving the nation and community, while preserving the national heritage and constructing as well as formulating bodies of knowledge.

Kasem Bundit University was founded after a series of educational establishment by a team of educational administrators with prior experiences in primary and secondary educational administration. In 1960, Kasem Phithaya School was established,offering classes from Prathom 1 to Matayom 6. Later on,Kasem Polytechnic College was founded, offering classes from Certificate in Vocational Education,Diploma in Vocational Education,and Diploma in Technology,with various majors ranging from Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Secretarianship to Computer Science. With idealism and determination to take a further step in establishing tertiary education,they eventually founded “Kasem Bundit College.

Kasem Bundit College offered Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and in Laws with 97 students in the first year. With determination of university management to elevate education, they continuously offered more degrees in diverse field of education.Ministry of Education in Thailand granted approval for “Kasem Bundit College” to be advance to “Kasem Bundit University”.

Currently, the University has a student body of more than 10,000 including over 500 graduate students and a high caliber full-time faculty supplemented by a large number of part-time instructors representing relevant business and industrial circles in addition to those from governmental sectors.

Our Objectives:

• To instill students with a responsibility towards the nation, religion, and the monarchy, a commitment to support a democratic way of governance, devotion to preservation of the national identities and cultural heritages, and respect towards one’s professional ethics
• To further enhance the status of the University in becoming an institute of higher education striving for academic excellence, producing graduates with high potential capable of efficient performance, equipped with self-confidence and creative minds to wisely analyze and seek solutions to any problematic situations. The graduates should also be able to responsibly utilize their own knowledge and experiences to present explanations and solutions to societal enigmas and issues. The graduates should enthusiastically and relentlessly acquire further knowledge relating to their professions as well as avail themselves of technological changes.
• To provide education and promote advanced academic quests with commitments to better the potential of the general public in addition to provide opportunities for furthering education among those who finish secondary education and who belong to task forces of all enterprises.
• o alleviate the tasks of the government in providing education and also to take an integral part in the implementation of the government policies of having the private sector partake in the roles of providing education and developing the nation as prescribed in the National Social and Economic Development Plan and the National Education Development Plan.
• To initiate and organize inquiries and research as well as to render academic services and to better communities and society as a whole.
