Original School Leaving Certificate from the School/College last attended.
Photocopy of applicant's National Identity Card(NADRA)
Two Passport size photographs.
Original migration certificate ( if from board other than federal board Islamabad) for class (IX & XII).
Photocopy of SSC & HSSC-I marks sheet (for class X-XII)
Photocopies of Applicant's and father's Iqamas.
Photocopies of Applicant's and father's passports.
School Leaving certificate by registered/ recognized School in Pakistan (other than Govt. School) must be countersigned by|| District Education Officer).
Month up to which fee paid in Pakistan must be mentioned in the school leaving certificate.
Original Iqama of the child has to be shown at the time of admission.
