ِAdmission and Registration Procedures

  • Fill in an electronic application form through the school website or fill in a hard copy form.
  • Students must pass admission test and interview.
  • Getting the acceptance letter after completing all the required documents.

Registration Requirements:

  • Fill in the registration contract.
  • A copy of national ID or Iqama for both student and his parent.
  • A copy of passport for student and his parent.
  • Two personal photos for the student.
  • A copy of birth certificate.
  • A copy of vaccination card.
  • An Identification letter from the Parent’s Sponsor.
  • Previous certificates if he was transferred from another school.
  • If the students is transferred from outside Saudi Arabia, the last certificate must be ratified by the Saudi Embassy in the country which issued that certificate. Then, the certificate must be equalized in the Ministry of Education (Department of Foreign Education)

About Admission and Registration

Admission and Registration office is responsible for welcoming, accepting, and registering students.

Admission and Registration office manages and plan the applicants’ registrations and enrollment processes in accordance with the admission and registrations policy in which the highest quality standards are applied to get the distinctive students and take care of their issues as they are enrolled in the school. It is also the school duty to help and serve the students and their parents as well in coordination with the school academic administration.

Admission and Registration Criteria

School enrollment criteria are set so that they are clear to everyone. Here are some of these criteria:

  • Pre-School applicants should be between three and five and a half years old at the beginning of the academic year.
  • Students of grade one should meet the age requirement set by the Ministry of Education. It usually says that the child should be no less than five years and nine months old at the beginning of the school year. The ministry provides exceptions for applicants whose ages are less than six years by 180 days issued at the beginning of the school year - five years and six months in case that the student has completed an academic year in kindergarten.
  • Applicants must pass admission test and interview.
