Admission Guide
- Children aged 18 months can apply.
- Application forms can be obtained from our school during service hours or downloaded from our website.
- Completed application forms can be mailed or returned to us in person during service hours.
- Once we receive your application form, your application number will be notified in writing within 14 working days. (Application number will be given only if you have submitted all the required documents.)
- The interview will be conducted in November each year with the applicant and parents. The interview date and time will be notified separately in writing. An application fee of $30 will be collected during the interview.
- Tuition fee
- The tuition fee charged is approved and reviewed by the Education Bureau every school year.
- The tuition fee is collected in 12 instalments throughout the year.

Required Documents for Admission
- - 1 original and copy of the birth certificate of the applican (Original copy is for authentication purpose only).
- - 1 original and copy of record of vaccination of the applicant (Original copy is for authentication purpose only).
- - 1 recent passport-sized photos of the applicant (Photo should be affixed to the application form).
- - 5 self-addressed business-sized envelopes (Sufficient postage should be affixed and correct address is written on the envelope).
Admission Criteria
- - The applicant with siblings studying in our school in the same school year will be given priority consideration
- - Acknowledge the sponsoring body’s visions and teaching methods
- - Live in the vicinity of the school
- - Interview performance
- - Social needs
Registration Arrangements
- - Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child during the Centralised Registration Dates by submitting the RC / AP to the KG and paying the registration fee.
- - Applicants on the waiting list: When the vacancy become available, parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the KG. Parents are required to submit the “RC” / “AP” to the KG and pay the registration fee.
- - Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the RC / AP during registration, the KG may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the registration document to the EDB within the specified period.
- -The registration fee for K1 place is HK$1200. If the child concerned studies in the KG, the registration fee will be refunded in September. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the KG in writing. The KG will return the RC / AP as soon as possible but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the RC / AP, the KG will no longer keep the school place for the child.
Admission arrangements for non-Chinese speaking applicants
- - School could arrange interpretation and/or translation service for NCS applicants as necessary, or allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication
- - Upon receiving an invitation for an interview, please submit your request before the interview if interpretation or translation services are needed.
