Step 1 - Choose your program and apply

To apply for admission, students may complete and submit the online application. Be sure to include the application fee of $200 in Canadian funds.

Step 2 - Application must include:

  • The application fee of $200 in Canadian funds – payment by Visa or MasterCard is accepted and can be made online through the How To Pay page
  • Transcript from previous schools; and
  • If available a TOEFL, IELTS, CAEL or English Language test scores
  • Copy of passport personal information page

Upon acceptance, Coquitlam College will issue new students an official letter of acceptance and a statement of tuition fees due. All students must provide proof of medical insurance coverage. The College can enrol students in a medical plan upon registration.

Step 3 - Method of Payment

Tuition and other applicable fees can be paid by Online Bill Payment, PayMyTuition, GlobalPay for Students (preferred method for international payments), Interac e-Transfer (please use “Tuition” as your security password and ensure that the message includes your Name & Student ID number), Online Credit Card payment, Cheque, Interac/Debit Card, or Visa/MasterCard. The preferred payment process for international payments of tuition fees is through GlobalPay for Students. This option allows you to pay your tuition and student fees via bank transfer in the currency of your choice in an efficient and inexpensive manner.

  • A $200 non-refundable fee will apply.
  • Upload all your documents (International & Canadian transcripts, study permit and passport) or submit to admissions@coquitlamcollege.com
  • An academic advisor will review your application and documents.
  • Within 15 business days, you will receive an email stating the status of your application.
  • Approved applicants will receive a Welcome Letter with their Coquitlam College student ID and information on how to register.
  • Refused applicants, please do not re-apply. For reconsideration we will ask you to submit updated documents.
